Prices for Hestia’s Visit Verification Service are charged on a per visit basis. Each visit consists of 1 employee clock‑in call and 1 employee clock‑out call to Hestia. Prices start at $0.20 per visit.

* Minimum commitment charge for Visit Verification Service of $300.00 per month. The Visit Verification Service rates listed above are for calls to one of Hestia’s locally provided telephone numbers. In the case of calls made to a toll-free Hestia telephone number an additional $0.03 per call is added to the cost of each visit. Whenever possible we will provide local telephone numbers for your staff to use in order to avoid the additional $0.03 toll-free charges.
Optional add-ons for Visit Verification Service
- Early clock-in / Early clock-out / Late clock-out alerts $25.00 each per alert type, per month or all 3 additional alert types for $60.00 per month
- Unlimited on-demand reports for $99.95 per month. Free if using Hestia’s cloud-based scheduling service
